9 detained, officers reopen immigration office in Oregon

PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) — Authorities detained nine people Thursday while trying to reopen a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement building in Portland, Oregon, that had been closed because of a round-the-clock demonstration.
