Microsoft Launches Font Making App for Windows 10

Microsoft has just released Font Maker, a new app available in the Microsoft Store that allows Windows 10 users to create their own fonts in the operating system.

First spotted in May this year, the font-making app has a single purpose: let users design their fonts by defining each letter and symbol and then configure it in Windows 10. The app also comes with support for pens, which means that you can use your Surface Pen or a different stylus to sketch a special font and then use it in Windows 10.

“Use your pen to create a custom font based on the nuances of your own handwriting. Install the fonts you create to add a personal touch to everything you do,” the brief app description reads.
