Microsoft has just launched a new Surface Laptop, as the company continues adjusting its device lineup with upgraded configurations.Starting today, customers can purchase the Surface Laptop with an Intel Core i5 processor paired with 8GB RAM and 128GB SSD storage for just $999. This is the same price that was used before for the same configuration with 4GB RAM, but which is now listed as out of stock and expected to be discontinued very soon.
As Neowin reports, this is an approach that Microsoft has previously used for the Surface Pro as well, when the company removed the 4GB RAM configuration and replaced it with an upgraded version featuring 8GB.
